TBCG Supports Santa Fe Poetry Slam

Special thanks to all who participated and supported the poetry slam!!

The last 2 weeks the Rio Grande Sun wrote feature articles in the art section featuring Demi, Paola, Sonya, and Enrique. They also mentioned in the "Arts Diner Menu" the Oasis Cyber Cafe/Enrique's weekly open mics.

The last 2 weeks the New Mexican promoted the event and wrote an article in Wed -Pojoaque's New Mexican section, mentioning a lot of the poets that participated.... also listing in "Brief" the teen center and the open mics.

Other things and people mentioned were Hands Across Cultures, Mc Curdy's own talented slam members, Toas poets, Espanola poets, etc. Thanks to the RG Sun writer and to Marissa Stone at the New Mexican.

Thanks again to all the businesses that supported this slam and past slams- Smith Video, Oasis Cyber Cafe, True Believer's Comics and Gallery, Valley National Bank, Pablo's Beef Jerky, PQ's Hair Salon, La Strada and the New Mix 101.1 radio station.
